Q: Can I get a samples? How about the sample costs?                                                                                                                                                                                                    A: Yes,sample order is always available for quality check and test market.We only charge the production costs for samples,and also,the sample costs can be refunded to you when the following bulk order is placed.

2. Q: What's your MOQ?Do you have the products in stock?
A: MOQ can be only 1 piece for some ebikes which we have in stock,and also we usually stock some materials for some models,pls contact us for more informations.

3. Q: What's the lead time?How long does it take to process my order?
    A: It usually takes 3-5 days for sample orders,and usually it takes about 25-40 days for OEM/Customizations orders.

4. Q: What's your product warranty?
    A: We offer 2 years warranty for the main components and also 5 years warranty for main frame structures.

5. Q: Do you support the customization of your products? Can we put our logo on the bikes?
    A: Yes, we offer OEM / ODM / R&D service. You can send us your logo graphic for us to personalize the bikes for your own model!
         Besides, we also provide professional advice and solutions for customizations!

6. Q: What about package?
    A: We know how important package means for ebikes. Thick cartons and PE foam are used to make sure the product 100% packaged properly and safely! 
    Inside: PE foam to protect ebike frame, front fork and crank set, etc；
    Outside: 7-ply corrugated cardboard boxes whose outermost layer of Kraft paper has a certain moisture resistance；
    At the same time, the carton formula will be adjusted according to the change of seasons and weather humidity to ensure its toughness. 
 

7. Q: Can I mix different models in one container?
    A: Yes, different models can be mixed up in one full container.

1. Q: What kind of transportation mode is available?What is your terms of delivery?
    A: Sea shipping is the main transportation mode at present, and we also provide Railway or Air transportation services.And Door-to-Door delivery service is always available.

2. Q: Where do the products ship from? How long will it take?
   A: For OEM/ODM, you can get the products for around 40-60 days. For standard models, it takes much shorter time.
       For standard samples in-stock, we will ship directly from our overseas warehouses in the US/ EU/ UK.

3. Q: How much does shipping cost?
    A: It depends on your location and transportation mode, FOB/ C&F/ CIF/ DDP are all different.
