5. Paintwork (excluding deliberate or accidental damage)           12 months
6. Wheel rims, rear rack and kickstand                                          12 months 

The warranty is only valid within the country the ebike/scooter was purchased. Whereas,it is not valid for normal wear, misuse or neglect, improperly operation, damage or failure due to accident,parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible, modification of the frame, fork or other main components.When the buyer receive the goods,open the box and found any damages or misfunctions with the manufacturer's fault,it has to be replaced at no costs by the seller.During the guaranteed period,any damages or misfunctions has to be documented by Buyer to show evidence to Seller.What's more,the seller will supply 1-2% spare parts to buyer when the formal full container order placed.And seller can also offer training service for buyer staffs anytime whenever needed.
